DataDriven Roads

How we work

Software, project, or the whole operation

The same platform can be bought in very different shapes. Start with a study and grow, or hand over the operation on day one. And we can be your vendor, the partner inside your bid, or the intelligence layer within someone else's solution.

The service ladder

From a study to the whole program

Each level includes the ones before it. You can start at the first and grow with the project, or enter directly at the level the operation needs.

  1. AssessmentField study and a written recommendation, before any investment
  2. Software as a serviceThe platform by subscription, on existing infrastructure
  3. EquipmentCameras, connectivity and power, vendor neutral
  4. DeploymentInstallation, integration and commissioning with our crews
  5. OperationMonitoring, review and service continuity at committed levels
  6. Whole programStructured end to end, including public-private models

Three ways to engage

Vendor, partner or component

All three exist because the platform is vendor neutral. The intelligence works with our cameras or with yours.

Contracting

Priced the way the solicitation asks for it

Per approach, per site, per month, per transaction or as a fixed program fee. What matters is that the structure matches the budget line the agency actually has, and that it is stated plainly rather than buried in a schedule.

No revenue share by default

We prefer a flat fee. Revenue sharing creates the wrong incentive and several jurisdictions restrict it.

Termination for convenience

Standard in our public contracts. A program you cannot exit is not a program.

Data on exit

The agency's data is exported in a usable format when the contract ends.
